The firm is active in planning and drawing up defenses and appeals, in responding to administrative proceedings, and in arbitrations involving major companies in the telecommunications sector. Wald has also contributed significantly in offering advice on negotiation, drawing up concession contracts, and obtaining authorization from the National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL), especially for fixed commuted telephone service (STFC), personal mobile service (SMP) and cellular mobile service (SMC). In addition, we are active in litigation, handling the main discussions related to the sector, and have participated as leading counsel for parties in prominent cases judged by the higher courts.
