We also offer advice in structuring complex operations in different fields, including infrastructure projects, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contracts, operating and capital aircraft lease contracts, oil platform construction, plant leases, etc. The firm is also equipped to deal with issues involving various jurisdictions simultaneously. Some of our main activities, in this respect, include the formation of joint ventures, drafting and negotiation of international contracts, and counseling foreign clients on how to structure investments in Brazil.
