Alexandre de Mendonça Wald is a partner at Wald, Antunes, Vita e Blattner Advogados, a member of the Institute of Lawyers of Brazil (IAB), of the Turnaround Management Association and president of the Penn Law Brazil Alumni Club. He earned an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is co-author of the book “O Direito da Parceria e a Nova Lei de Concessões”, as well as author of several articles in the areas of banking, financial, corporate and capital market law.
