Giovanna Gallo is a consultant at Wald, Antunes, Vita e Blattner Advogados specialized in Civil Liability by the University of Salamanca. She holds a master’s degree in International Economic Relations Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), with an MBA (ABPW-Advanced Boardroom Program for Women) from Saint Paul Business School, with an international module at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
She is a member of the WomenCorporateDirectors Foundation (WCD) and the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). Gallo is also the author of several articles and commentaries on case law and administrative decisions, published mainly in the Banking and Capital Market Law magazine (Revista de Direito Bancário e do Mercado de Capitais) and Arbitration and Mediation magazine (Revista de Arbitragem e Mediação).
